Hello. How can we help you today?
StudentAid BC is resuming services following the labour disruption.
Access to the StudentAid BC online application systems remains unavailable at this time and will be restored as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to restore normal service levels.
If you remain in studies but do not have a current loan and are about to enter repayment, you can apply for in-study payment free status through NSLSC. To do so, for students in Canada, log in to your secure NSLSC account and select “Confirmation of Enrolment" under the "Managing Your Loan" tab on the Dashboard. For students outside Canada, please complete and submit this form to NSLSC (instructions provided on form).
For general inquiries please call our StudentAid BC call center at 1-800-561-1818.
