How do I change my bank account information?

While in study

If you are in study and have signed a Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) you can use the Bank Account Change Request form to update your banking information.

While in repayment

If you are repaying your loan use the Pre-Authorized Payment form to sign up for pre–authorized payments or to update your banking information.

Note: the NSLSC can only keep one bank account on file for all your loans, so you only need to complete this form once even if you have more than one loan.
