Canada Student Grant for Part-Time Studies
This program provides extra help to low-income part-time students.
What is available?
Up to $2,520* $1,800 per program year (August 1 to July 31).
*Note: the above Canada Student Grant amount is temporarily increased by 40% from 2019/20 pre-pandemic levels until July 31, 2025.
Am I eligible?
You may be eligible if you are:
- qualify for a federal student loan
- are enrolled in part-time studies at a designated post-secondary institution
- are from a low-income family

You will be automatically assessed for this grant when you complete the part-time studies application.
