StudentAid BC applications for the 2025/2026 program year for classes starting between August 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026 are now available.
As of October 30, 2025, students with active StudentAid BC applications can access their online accounts.
If you have an active application with StudentAid BC, you are now able to log in, check the status of your application, and take actions needed to process your applications.
The StudentAid BC online application system remains unavailable for submission of new applications. Full services will be restored as soon as possible.

StudentAid BC has launched a new Student Account and application for part-time students. This new system is replacing the old paper application and will make it easier to apply for part-time student aid.
