The B.C. student loan rehabilitation is available to B.C. borrowers with loans issued by the province, or whose loans were previously issued by a financial institution and are now being collected by Revenue Services of British Columbia (RSBC).

Who is not eligible for loan rehabilitation?

• Borrowers who are in a bankruptcy-related Stay of Proceedings are ineligible for rehabilitation.
• Borrowers with a court-ordered Judgment, against their outstanding student loan balance are ineligible for rehabilitation.
