First-time applicants now submit their Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA) online, which replaced the existing paper process.

Q: What is an MSFAA?
A: The MSFAA is a legal agreement between you and the provincial and federal governments detailing the terms and conditions of your approved full-time student loan.

Q: How do I submit my MSFAA online?
A: After you have applied and been approved for StudentAid BC funding, you will be provided with a MSFAA number on your Notification of Assessment. You will then be contacted by the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC) by email with instructions on how to submit your MSFAA using your unique MSFAA number.

Q: Is the new online process to submit an MSFAA fast and secure?
A: Yes, the new online MSFAA process is convenient, secure, and will improve the time it takes for you to receive your funding.
